Hi. A lot more information would help - starting with how old is your cat, are there any known health issues, does she go outside? What do you surmise to be the significance of where she pees and poos - as in the front door and the cellar door? Give us more information to help us help you.

How old is she?

Is she an only pet?

Is she still eating and sleeping normally?

Did any changes take place in the home around the time this started?

Are there stray or neighbourhood cats that hang out around your home?

Are you cleaning the areas where she's peed or pooped with an enzyme cleaner?

While doing your detective work, it may help to place litterboxes at the scenes of the crimes. (Not really crimes, of course. Cats may be mischievous at times, but never criminal.) It may take different boxes and testing various litters, but once you get your cat going inside the boxes, you can start moving them a little at a time until the boxes are at better locations.

In the meantime, work on figuring out why your cat is relieving itself in the wrong places and how to correct that. Cats are usually good about using litterboxes.

Each cat has its own preferences, but here are some general guidelines-
- Number of litter boxes equals number of cats plus 1. If you have one cat, use two boxes. If you have two cats, use three- and so on.
-Boxes must be large enough. At least a cat & a half in length.
-Boxes must be easy to use and get in and out of. No tops. At least one side needs to be low enough for the cat to get in and out of easily.
-Location, location, location. Cats don't need privacy, but they do need to feel safe and secure. If the box is next to a noisy, shaky washing machine for example, they'll go find a "better" place to relieve themselves. If the box location only has one way in & out, they may avoid it because that's a good place to get ambushed.
-Litter Texture Matters. If the litter is rough or any other way uncomfortable to the paws of a cat, they'll go someplace else. Clay litter is unhealthy for the lungs of your cat & humans and doesn't break down in the environment. Silica litter is also bad for lungs because it's silica.

Good luck in your search for a solution. It's there someplace. We know you love your cat and will work at it until you find the problem.

Check to see if there are any 'splash' marks places that look like water splashed on the door or wall and is slightly darker than the rest of the door/wall. This will indicate that an outside cat is spraying on your door or wall and claiming it for himself. If there are such marks she maybe spraying to assert ownership of the house and you. You'll need to wash off the spots on the outside with either enzyme cleaner or white vinegar. Keep looking for them, cats are really stubborn about claiming territory. For some reason they can accept that outside could be theirs and inside your cat"s.

A black light will show you the pee spots or where/if community cats are marking the outside of your homes.

Also I would try cat attract litter.
