Hi Alfonzo.G Alfonzo.G .. what are you concerned about in particular? I can see a tiny bit of red at the top of the wound, and something silvery.. not sure what that is.. on the stitches, but there's nothing there that seems disturbing. Having said that, photos are not a great way to determine how it's going.
Are you taking her to the vet to have the stitches removed soon?

Gray matter is a type of antibiotic that completely covers the wound to ensure it remains intact, and now it is gradually cracking, and the thread was told by a doctor that it is the type that falls on its own, although I did not understand it frankly.

Mod Note: Alfonzo.G Alfonzo.G I did a translation of your post, but please post in English. :)

Dissolvable threads are a 'thing' so I'd say you're all good!
The wound looks fine to me. However it can't hurt to send any photos to the vet, just to be sure.. we're not able to give definitive answers. :)

Hi Alfonzo.G Alfonzo.G
Welcome to TCS- it nice to meet you

The site looks fine as far as I can see in the photos. As mani mani mentioned ' dissolving thread ' for sutures are a ' thing",the only thing that I question is that you said ' a doctor ' told you they would dissolve and I'm not sure how the type of ' thread ' could be identified by these photos.I cannot see very clearly myself but after 7 days it would be impossible to tell- think they look well defined as they should -- by 7- 10 days non- dissolvable sutures need be removed so please make a call to your Vets office to be sure if you do not have a follow up appt to remove the suture- dissolvable sutures can take as long as 30 days to dissolve conpletely

Seems more likely than not as it's the typical ,usual type of suture used when nuetering but always best to be on the safe side- no doubt even the receptionist at your Veterinary Facility will be able to provide you with the accurate info❤

Thank you very much for the clarification. I spoke to a doctor yesterday and he told me that he is fine. I sincerely hope so.🤍

So " a Dr" meaning a Vet from where you had him nuetered?
I just want to make sure you were not talking to your own MD or a neighbor down the street that happens to be a Doctor, lol( never know, right?)

It's probably safe to say that ALMOST " all" Vets use absorbable sutures for both spaying and neutering, still I'd never say 100%..... usually absorbable( dissolvable) are purple or blue so if either then that's 100%.....

How about a photo of your kitty from the front view?I'd love to see him,we all love photos at TCS- what is your boys name?

Alfonzo.G Alfonzo.G please keep in mind that the outer threads don't dissolve.. the ones inside the body do.. it needs the moisture and enclosed nature of them to activate the breakdown of the stitches. So the outer ones just lift off when the inner have dissolved.

They may also take a lot longer than seven days, although they can dissolve in less.

Kwik Kwik Alfonso has referred to the vet as the doctor throughout this thread. I think it's just that English is not his first language. ;)

I thought it's probably that from seeing you translated, just figured I'd ask to be certain..... things can certainly be misunderstood with translations..... which I'm very used to from growing up in a family where English was not the primary language- Capito? Lol

Thanks mani mani you're so helpful ALL THE TIME ❤

"The fact that my mother tongue is not English, lol, but the important thing is that my message reached you. Thank you, friends, for the clarification. Yes, the doctor who performed the surgery is the one I asked, and he assured me that she is fine. However, I am the type of person who worries a lot, so you’ll find me asking here and there to make sure my little Luna is okay."

I know that feeling of worrying a lot, and I am sure a lot of others here are like that too, especially when it comes to our precious cats :)
It never hurts to ask or double-check.
Glad to hear that Luna is doing well after her surgery and that the vet says everything looks fine.

:)

Fantastic- it's really great to meet you.... I hate to see you worry but love it that you do. We all " get it" ,we all love our little furbabies so you're in good company !

Luna is a beautiful name,I imagine his beautiful silver coloring earned him his name

My family all migrated to America from Sicily so probably why I ask so many questions just to be sure nothing gets lost in translation as I've done in my youth being the one who spoke Engkish & had to interpret, especially for my grandparents ( old habits die hard  )

So " ask away " anytime @Alfonso,it's our pleasure and we are all here for one another.... hope to see more of you and Luna :hithere:

Oh, how kind you are! Thank you so much. Also, you guessed it right—my cat's fur is a mix of gray, black, and white. Her name is Luna, which means 'moon,' as she truly resembles it. Ah, I’m touched by your kind words. Wishing you all the best 🤍

"Hello everyone, here I am again. As I mentioned earlier, I had my cat spayed ten days ago. She seems to be in good health, but I can’t hide my concern, especially about the appearance of the wound, which I honestly don’t understand. Please don’t tell me to contact her vet—I already did once, sent him pictures, and he assured me she’s fine. However, he no longer responds to my messages or calls. Anyway, today I’ve noticed some swelling around the wound. Please, can anyone tell me if she’s okay?"

It looks great to me. You want to look for any angry redness, weeping or oozing from the incision site, or open sutures or stitches. Also, any change in eating, litter box, or play habits could indicate she's not feeling well and needs to see the vet.
