Just joined today! Here are pictures of my 2 babies. Maggie - may be part Russian blue. She is approx. 5 years (rescued at 5-6 weeks) and has the cutest tufts and the softest fur!! And my new rescue- unnamed for now, she is approximately 7-10 weeks. Her eyes haven’t changed yet. We have had her 2 days.

Thank you all! Narrowing down names, initially I named her Petunia, hubby hates it, toying with Snickers and Twixsie. Maggie is not so sure about her little sis yet. Some growling and hissing but no aggression. Taking it slow with separate rooms at night and supervised free roam all day.

I wish I got credit for naming her! She was named that when I got her. I was thinking of Omen or Sekhmet, but they just didn't fit. Then Puddles came along and she was like 'Yep. She's a Puddles.'

I can’t see either of those names on her! It’s nice when a shelter name suits them. Daisy was her shelter name, a name I’d fancied using eventually. Much better than Lacy (Phoebe) or Ella (Maddie) were!

My friend's one cat, Emmie, was nameless for a long time. No name seemed to stick to her. They started calling her Emanon ... 'No Name' backwards. They shortened it to 'Emmie' and it stuck.

One of my ferals ended up being "Wyffles." I'd been calling him "What's Your Face," and it just contracted to that. He knows it, and responds to it.
