Let me tell you a little bit about my animal history first. I grew up with dogs when I was younger and then I eventually moved on to cats, and I've always loved cats but just never owned any time later on down the road. My first story is a bit tragic because I got a farm cat from my cousin's father but sadly that cat didn't quite live to see 2 years old because she ended up having to be d-wormed about 3 times. She ended up having lots of parasites inside of her so she passed away young. Then my next cat I had her for about 4 years but she was probably around 4 years old when rescued, she ended up tragically getting cancer. So needless to say after the loss of my last cat I was questioning if I should get another one, I was afraid of any bad outcomes. I do know that my pets always have the best care in the world though and we can't control if something tragic happens like cancer or other terminal diseases. I was quite lonely without a cat though, so I would search and search on humane society websites, and finally I came across this sweet little girl that I wanted. She is over 4 months old and has already brought back the joy in my life.
