iPappy, fionasmom, silent meowlook - thank you all! We're by no means out of the woods just yet but some "good" news was definitely much needed. We'll keep doing our best for Bowser and keeping him on his meds and out of stressful situations. I hope to not have to update here very often but am so thankful that if I do need to, there is plenty of amazing support on here.
fionasmom - thank you for the follow up regarding the pharmacies in Canada! We actually got the atenolol capsules through our vet from Summit. We were prescribed tablets instead by the cardiologist which is much more readily available (and cheaper! and easier to administer due to small size!). Will reach out to them to see if they can make some powdered gaba for me. We really hope Bowser can follow in the footsteps of his larger doppelganger Jamie
