Healthy Instant Pot recipes?

Does anyone have any healthier Instant Pot recipes that they have made? I feel like most of the recipes I have seen are for big chunks of beef or pork, have heavy, creamy sauces or are pasta. I’d like to use my Instant pot more and I occasionally like to pretend I eat healthy.
