What health, virus/ parasite ect testing should be done before a new cat is allowed to be removed from quarantine?

We had issues in 2019 with a new boy bringing mycoplasma with him (which turned into an absolute nightmare).
We will be welcoming a new girl in the near future and I would like to be as thorough as possible to prevent anything like that happening again.

We will be running a full respiratory PCR panel, FIV/ FeLV testing, fecal testing. Is there anything else that I should be testing for that I am not thinking of?

TIA

I'd quarentine for two weeks after testing just to be safe but otherwise it sounds like you have most common items covered. Are your other cats vaccinated?
