Having to Put my baby down tomorrow

You couldn't have received a more comforting message from your beloved Oscar. He left peacefully and feeling loved. It will be hell on earth for you for a while, I know how big that hole is that they leave behind. Time will help to fill it. We are all here if you need us. Take care......RIP sweet Oscar.
You are in pain because of that decision, but he isn't, not anymore. You made sure when he went he was calm and happy instead of scared and hurting like he would have been if he'd died of cancer.
This is how I wanted to say it
Rest you gentle, Oscar, dream you deep. Your pawprints are on someone's heart forever.
And now you have done the hardest thing we ever do...you put Oscar's well-being above your own heartbreak. You helped him take those first steps between This Adventure and his Next Great Adventure, and you sent your love with him to guide his way. Now he lives in That Place Where All is Known, happy and healthy once again, and surrounded with Love. Someday, in the fullness of time, he will send his own Love back to you, to guide you home.

I am so sorry that you all had to go through this, such a horrible situation, but he is fine now and left here purring which was his way of saying "I'll be okay, thank you for what you did for me, I'll see you again someday" and it will be wonderful then again....

We are all thinking of you and Oscar.
Take one hour at a time. It will become one day at a time. It will be managable. You looked after Oscar right to the end. He was purring because of you.
