? They sent that as a kitty bed? It needs many more cats! Lol I can fill that for you! 
Yes. More than once. In all cases they have told me to donate the misdelivered items to a local shelter or find a pet owner who needed them. FedEx was not willing to pick them back up from me even when I requested that as a first step.

I wanted a triangular scratch tower but instead got the bed. Waaay off
you might want to try it out for yourself before you get rid of it. I got an orthopedic bed for my dog from Chewy, it was lovely. I got one for myself - Great Dane size, just had to put a couple of cushions at the end to make it
long enough. Most comfortable mattress I ever used. Just saying.
BTW - if it is an orthopedic bed, do not put it in the washing machine to wash it. Again, just saying.

A triangular scratch tower. I got a 40 inch long dog bed instead. Not enough room for it

I ordered a food that made my cats puke (later on I found out it had milk in it). They refunded me no questions asked and told me to donate it.

Yep and I got 2! Both size large. I am not returning one. It's in my closet
You got two 40 inch dog beds? You could just put them on top of your mattress. Just try it once before you give one away. I keep thinking about
