Like most people, I love fall! We don't get much, for to long, here in NC, so I enjoy any we do get. I thought it'd be fun for people to post pictures of their fall decorations.
I also have a mantle for the first time, so was excited to decorate this year. Here's what I did this past week.

Fall is different for us, it's our 'Indian summer'--it is going to be 90-95ºF here the next few days, so it doesn't feel crisp and cool like you'd normally associate with fall.

I did buy another glass pumpkin to add to my collection. The one on the right is the new one.

Thanks, I got the ballerina Holloween kitty & the pumpkin tea light holders last yr at Walmart for the after holiday clearance. I call the kitty, my Sammie ballerina Holloween kitty.

Yes, I know about the "I don't know what season this is" weather here in NC. I had the air off all wk, then had to turn it back on last night. Turned it BK off this morning, & just have the ceiling fan on. We'll see how long that last. Lol!

I Fall. My favorite season by far. We redid our kitchen and living room last year so I threw out our old decorations that we had for 20 years and bought all new stuff. Some I couldn't put out this year because of Boone and Gracie but hopefully next year when they are older, I can.

Love your fireplace! We really wanted one, but it didn't work out with the house we ended up buying. Maybe someday we can add one somehow.

its some what beginning to be fall here in michigan but the temps during the day have been in the 70's and it cools off at night

I have 2 totes full of fall stuff. DH just got it down from the attic for me. I tested my lights and they work. Now I just need to get everything up.

Thank you. When I went house shopping 15 years ago a fireplace was on my “must have” list. I don’t have fires very often but it is beautiful. I am thankful that the style that was built in this house has a relatively modern look to it and all I had to do was replace the brass mesh screen with the glass and metal enclosure.
