Not much longer, Lari . Does J know a new baby will be joining the family?

My guess: March 29..... 7 lbs 6 oz

We've talked about it a lot, read books, watched the Daniel Tiger episodes about the new baby, but I don't think it's going to be real to her or she's actually going to get it before the baby is here.

What does her real name begin with? Do you have her name picked out?

We have a name. We had a first name before we knew she was a she because we agreed that since we were going with my favorite name for J if we had a second girl we'd go with my husband's favorite name. I'll share first initial once she's here.

OK, late to making this all nice, but here we go -

March 10th - Term means it's time to set up the betting pool again. If you want, get in your guesses for

1) Baby's birthday (official due date March 31)

And/or

2) Baby's size (I was 9lbs 1 oz and I want to say 19.75 in, husband was 7lbs 4oz idk how long, and J was 6lbs 14 oz and 20.5 in. At today's ultrasound, baby was estimated to be 6lbs 6oz so far)

Baby is in perfect birthing position still atm, facing my spine

I think that is very normal for this stage. I think everyone at this stage also just wants to have the baby and be done with being pregnant. You're almost there.

Full term! And as of 1PM, J will officially be on spring break from school and all her activities. So while I'm a bit disappointed we missed the 3-23-23 birthday, I'm grateful we were able to get through everything I've paid for, lol.

New human alert!

Last night at 7:38pm, baby M came fast and furious into this world (like literally 16 minutes after I got into L&D, to the point where even the on the floor doctor didn't make it, much less the OB on call from my midwife group. Hats off to the nurses!). She weighed in at 7lbs 1oz and about 18 inches. She's absolutely perfect and I'm excited to see how she and J grow together.
