Most probably its the so called fever coat. It will disappear after some time, and he will be all black.

It has no real negative consequences for the cat.

Do you know the looks at birth? IF he was all white, it may be another case; a combo of the siamese and burmese point genes.
Such kittens do darken up much quicken than regular siamese type points.

I don't know but it could be a fever coat as Stefan said. Or, pointed which was my first thought, and then I thought of black smoke too. Burmese and Tonkinese pointed cats can tend to be more blended and the points don't stand out quite as much depending on the coat color, usually if it is mink and Sepia usually, plus Burmese usually have yellow due to I think to genetic differences. However if mixed with Siamese they can have blue eyes. Here is a site with pics of various pointed cats... the seal mink with blue eyes is beautiful, I think that is a Tonkinese maybe since they have blue or aqua eyes I think. Some can have aqua green/blue eyes too.

Eye color should change soon so that should give some clues.

Keep sending pics as he grows up. I bet he'll be black, but the eyes sound striking!

So most probably fever coat. If not - this we will see with time - he is a somewhat odd and untypical burmese point. They dont carry blue eyes.
