Hi! We'd like to buy cat ins. for 3 cats. Fetch is one that a local vet has herself; it will cost $85-$120. Seeking opinions of good ins that does cover teeth cleaning that people have actually had occasion to use and that doesn't break bank. Thanks!

Personally I have never had pet insurance, but here is a thread that might be of assistance, since no one has responded to you yet:

And here is another one that is a search that will lead you to many more threads: Search Results for Query: pet insurance recommendations

I have Trupanion and it covers 90 percent of everything after the deductible which you select. It doesn't however cover exam fees or preventative care like vaccines still worth every penny my pets have always been very expensive in terms of needing vet care

There are companies that have dental insurance. I have ASPCA insurance for my cats and have been happy with them, but I don't have the additional coverages. It can take some research to select vet insurance and you might have to call some companies to ask directly what they cover in that regard.

Trupanion is the only company around here which is accepted by some vets who will bill them directly as opposed to the owner being reimbursed.

I did some research on insurance. I didn't look at every single one, but seems like most have an optional add-on of dental illness. Doesn't look like it covers basic routine cleaning though. I'm looking at my policy since I added it on for one of my cats- it covers periodontal disease, crowns, extractions, meds, gingivitis, root canals, procedures and diagnosis. I chose Lemonade as the insurance plan
