It's a good size, and high enough that *most* cats can't pee over the side.

It is . but i can't pay for 37 pound shipping .

Oh, I thought that was a pet shop where you could go and see if they had any in stock, not for ordering. Can you go to the local shops? Or do you have to order it online? Anyway I just googled "Van Ness high sided litter pan UK" and it showed a lot of options.

Another good option is to find a storage tote (not in pet shops; the kind you store blankets in and stuff) of an appropriate size and cut a doorway in it with a hot knife.
