I've made smoked butt with potatoes and green beans ( traditional in my family ). Have you made this?

While still in my cooking days, I made Julia Childs's Crown Pork Roast, have you?
(It was Christmas Day and it was a pain in the butt but turned out well.)

As poor students, we used to make a casserole with tinned tuna and rice regularly (but only because if you saved so many labels from the tins, you got a free tin!) We were very poor :lol:
Have you ever made osso buco (or is it spelt ossobucco :dunno:?)

No, it sounds ........ well, I don't like either ingredient!
What about pannas? According to Wikipedia, it is something like American scrapple. I'd never heard of it till my girls returned from the local stables telling me about this delicious meal they'd had. So I had to cook it ......once, but NEVER again! My daughters decided that they must have been very hungry after a day mucking out and riding 15 horses with their friends - so they would have eaten anything.
