Her water could be leaking.  It's normal, sometimes a gush sometimes a drizzle or something inbetween.  You may have to delay that 2nd vet visit.

There are meds for kitten eye infections if they have them so don't worry about that until you know it's an issue.  I would be surprised if the mom could pass that to the kittens. It isn't unusual for kittens to have eye infections, they just need to be taken care of quickly.

Thank you.
I'm just leaving her alone in her room for now. A different vet told me to keep applying the Terramycin and keep them clean. He also said sounds like labor could be starting.
He doubts the kittens are in any danger.
I'm wound up over her and the kits health.
I can't picture when I'm about to be a human grandma.

She already has terramycin. She will likely not pass the eye infection to her kittens, but if so, you can put the same terramycin on the kittens' eyes.

Yes, her water probably broke. She is likely in pre-labor or labor now. I'd stay with her.

Ok so no worries about eye infections.  She will pick up on your stress and it will add to her stress.  Try to stay calm.  If she will let you you can rub her belly gently.  It will feel good and help the kittens along.

Yes, the vet said to use it on the kittens, if they happen to get it.
She seems like she is in the pre stages.
Her tail is flicking so hard.
Her bottom seems to twitch some as well.
She was sitting and her whole body seemed to move.
I have gave her some space while we have lunch.
but I am checking every few minutes.
Will update!

Just as a caution, don't touch the cat's eye and then the top of the ointment tube.  You can keep spreading the infection between the cats.  You can put some ointment on a paper towel and use that bit for one application.

She must have found herself a very good place to hide. I have searched the entire house and I can't find her. :/

Look in the back of closets, under beds, dressers, behind couches.  How long has she been gone?

She just now showed up asking for wet food.
I think her eyes are bothering her.
No kittens yet, but she is only nibbling at her food, and laying down on her side right near her box.
Scared me to death!

I can see that her other eye has a discharge. There are no sores, no scabs.
She is rubbing at them both now.
I don't know where it has came from. She is an indoor only cat now.
The vet doesn't want her brought in now because he doesn't want her stressed this far in her pregnancy.
I've been using teabags, the ointment and warm wipes.
I'm just hoping the medicine just needs time to work.

Allergies, maybe? You said the discharge is clear, right?

Sounds like you are doing what you can for her.

Is it the same vet who is not interested in her pregnancy?

It could be allergies.  Do you know where she might have been hiding?  Could it have been dusty.

The first month we had Eclipse he was covered in dust and cobwebs.  He found every corner and out of the way place.

She was in the basement. I've now closed that off.
It's damp and chilly.
This is actually a new vet.
He said as long as I don't see any real color to the discharge to keep doing what I am doing.
He mentioned allergies as well. I have a feeling she is going to have kittens soon.
She is now cleaning herself like mad.
She looks noticeably thinner on her sides this morning.
I just feel bad because her eyes are just so yuck.

With any luck, her eyes will clear after she gives birth. The pregnancy could be causing them to run. You never know.

Glad you got a new vet. He sounds reasonable.

Maybe she's dropped. That would be a good sign!

Thank you,
Her eyes look a little better today.
No kittens yet. But she is still looking in every corner of the house for a place to lay.
Just as long as everyone is healthy.
