Anyone try it? In 2 wks it has lowered Creatinine from 3.6 to 2.6. BUN from 65 to 50. Upped RBCs a bit. Upped WBCs 20%. So seems to work along w/ other kidney supps, capsule & crushed up pills. This all on an FiV positive cat w/ early to mid stage ckd & unknown age as he's a streets rescue.

I'd never even heard of it until today. Pricey stuff but worth it if it does the trick. Only problem I can see is that it only comes in one protein for renal, and that's lamb, which is a pretty strong flavor. Not every cat likes lamb, but if they do, great!

I see the ingredients are certainly better than the prescription kidney foods.

True on Lamb part.

But lucky he gobbles it down well it seems! But Failed at Hills k/d diet (all flavors) & Royal Canin too failed him. He also didn't like Purina's kidney food canned. So this was a wildcard gamble & so far paying off at least in 2 wks' try & kidney's values.

Hmm, dunno if this is fluke or real as in sustainable? Like to think it is do-able longterm. We'll see. ;)

He is eating very well yet. Making large poos. He seems more steady gait & alert more. I hope he stays on this regimen & food doesn't become boring to him, my always worry. We may be flying w/ him soon out of state too, so vet cleared him due to these v good results, for 'takeoff'! No pun intended. :)
