I did it with both my kittens. They're 7 months now and and still do it every now and then. I even pretend that my round ceiling light is the sun, then I hoist them up and and go "Nyaaahhh..."

Colette was the lucky recipient of an almost failed adopt-a-cat expedition. The one adult cat I found turned out to be taken and I scrambled to find another floofy black female. I quickly chose a kitten, then I was running out of time to get my rescue home and get to work, so there were no theatrics (lol). She just got dropped off, fed, and shown where the litter box is. Regardless, I came home to find she claimed the bed as a pee pad.
