FIV cat

One of my cats is fiv positive when I adopted him a couple years ago and seems to be getting chronic upper respiratory infections. Is there any thing I can do or give him to prevent this or help with congestion?

Hi H Honorarykeeperofcats I have an FIV cat as well, so I know what a struggle it can be to keep them healthy.

Has the vet checked him over recently?
Does your vet prescribe antibiotics for the URIs?
Has your cat been vaccinated?
Is he on L-lysine or any other kind of supplement?
