I give my cats a small amount of cooked white fish mixed in with a pouch of cat food, every evening. The rest of the time there is always dry food available to graze.

Is it safe to give them cooked white fish on a daily basis. If not, what is a safe weekly amount to give them?

Yes, I think so. There has been some concern with mercury poisoning in wild caught tuna and some recommend limiting that in cats. However, I have not heard of similar concerns in for white fish (cod, halibut, etc).
