feral cat missing

hi all my feral he called scruffy he gone missing and he been missing about a month now he uneutured and not chipped and he doesn't usually wander i've looked around the neighbourhood and i cannot seem to find him is their a chance he will come back

Yes, he may return . Unneutered male cats will often wander in search of females. When he does return it would be best for both of you if you brought him in for his neuter.
