I have a great Vet but am always interested in suggestions on what other people do for their cats.

My cat is 12 years old spayed female indoor only DSH.
She has intestinal lymphoma per ultrasound, unable to do anesthesia due to her health.
Diagnosed hyperthyroid in March. Well controlled with meds.
Asthma x 4+ years. Treated with albuterol inhalers as needed. No need x 3–4 months.
Dental disease untreated due to anesthesia risk

Medications: Prednisolone 5 mg every 24 hours
Methimazole 1.25 mg. every 12 hours.
Chlorambucil 2 mg. every other day
Vit B12 and B complex every 5 days
Lactated Ringers as needed for hydration
Cerenia 8 mg. every 24 hours as needed for nausea.
Odansetron 4 mg. SQ as needed for breakthrough nausea.

Diet: Royal Canin Venison canned. (Sadly the only food she can tolerate)

If anyone has insight that would be great

You are certainly on top of your little girl's care and I suspect that is why no one has had an additional suggestion. As for the food, my cat vet always says that most importantly a cat has to eat, so even cats who want fish only and stonewall all other foods should be allowed their fish as opposed to not having sufficient nutrition. In your case, you have her on prescription food already and she is eating it.

It does sound as if you do have a very good vet.

:yeah: I don't know how anyone can improve upon what you are doing. I also don't know how long it took you to get where you are for your girl, but you have done a 'bang up' job. You didn't mention any issues with eating/drinking/litter box use, so I assume all that is essentially going well. She looks very content in that pic too. The only thing missing that I can see is her name!!!

Thank you. Her name is Cheetah. The picture is from a couple of weeks ago. I just figured I would ask anyway. You never know till you ask.
