For our February book, we've chosen a mystery / suspense / family drama by British author Lisa Jewell.

When I read the description of the book, it literally gave me chills, so hopefully that is a sign that it will be a well written story.

The book for February 2021 is
Then She Was Gone by Lisa Jewell

We will be reading it between February 1st and February 21st
Discussion will begin around February 22nd.

Everyone is welcome to read along with us. You can RSVP that you're going to read it, by posting in this thread. Or just read it, and then join the discussion once it begins.

The book can be purchased at Amazon:
Then She Was Gone

Reviews can be read at Goodreads: Then She Was Gone (Goodreads)

I think that covers everything, however, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

I bought my used copy on "World of Books" and it arrived (from Sweden) earlier than expected. I'm more than half way through - at first, a very quick read, and I couldn't put the book down. But now, I've lost interest. Still, I'll easily manage the final 150 pages before we discuss it. I have a good idea how it will end so it's no longer so exciting.

Well now there are holds, so I've put it on hold. I'm sure it will be available by the time I need to start it.

Who's started, or maybe finished already, Then She Was Gone?

My hold on the library e-book came through today, so I have it borrowed. Will probably start reading it in a couple days.

Just ordered my copy. Should be here by the 4th. I had planned on getting the Kindle edition, but the paperback was 4 bucks cheaper!

I started it last night. Not very far into it though, so don't have an opinion of it yet.
