There's a link in the captioning for cat #2, Able Seacat Simon.....click that and you'll find the amazing story of this wartime warrior....found by a teenage British sailor in Singapore in 1948 and brought onboard HMS Amethyst.......
He was severely wounded when his ship came under fire as it sailed up the Yangtze River in April 1949
Simon recovered and became a famous celebrity, receiving three wartime medals including the "Animal Victoria Cross"....
A remarkable story of a most remarkable cat!
