F1 - French Gand Prix

Well they are off and its been an exciting start - a couple of bumps

but no injuries, its a slippy track and the cars aren't getting much grip

Hamilton lost his 2nd place grid start and is now 3rd on the track - Alonso has moved up 2 places to 8th - very exciting F1 fans

both McLarens have pitted early

so of course they have both lost their positions and have a lot of work to catch up.......

tracks is still very slippy and they are all bouncing all over ..

well the Ferraris won with a 1 - 2

Raikkonen came first and Massa second, Brit boy Hamilton came 3rd so still in the points

His team had a strange strategy of 3 pits

so that obviously had a great effect, main thing though was that Hamilton lost his grid position on the start lap and never regained it

Thanks, Ann! That's the worst part about F-1 racing for me, they are always in another time zone and on so darn early. I can't get up that early on a Sunday.
