Eye Color

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the age that a kitten's eye color becomes permanent? I have searched the internet and found a range form 7 weeks to 12 months! Thank you,

My vet said that by the age of 12 months. Some people will differ, but that's what she told me.

Generally speaking they start turning about 2 to 3 months old. Once they have turned from blue to whichever color, they stay the same.
