Very interesting I can see Tallulah's green eye colour on those charts . But I am still stuck as to how I would describe Tippi's eye colour ?

They appear very dark most of the time , one friend even said she's got Devil Eyes

Id say walnut shaped for your kitty picture as for color - (I copied this part) Brown covers a wide range from hazel (the normal colour of temperate climate white cats) through to darker browns. Some browns appear tinted or flecked with green, orange or yellow merlin2000 merlin2000

Looking at the chart again do you think Tippi as Dichroic eyes ?

There is a darker colour round the pupil which I would say is a brown colour , which is why the appear dark

That's very clear rings around the pupils on your cat fluffybeard .

Tippi's are not so clear I've had another go at getting a clearer picture , there might even be three rings of different shades of brown ?

I believe it has to be classified as two distinct different colors to be dichoric ...
I believe tipping would just be in the brown eye Color.
If you enlarge the picture or click the link it says mixed breeds will have two colors of the shade.
The link I posted goes more into detail.

Just taken these pictures of Tippi's eyes they show the rings much clearer .

I think her eyes on looking at these pictures are dichoric  round the pupil is dark green then brown then lighter brown , it's not as clear as fluffybeards cat .

Are dark coloured eyes common in cats ?

I'm never really sure with Morgana. Sometimes they look more green, sometimes yellow, sometimes a mesh of both, sometimes even a light green/greyish type in some pictures like in the second picture. But definitely appears to have almond or lemon eye shape:

And I tend to have the same trouble with Camelots eye colour. In this picture they look more brownish/hazelish, though other times they look yellow. Eye shape wise.....mmm...mayhaps walnut or round?
