Hi all, my vet suggested doing an environmental allergy test which is said was 90% accurate to determine if my baby has environmental allergies.

He said the food allergy test isn't nearly as accurate.

Has anyone done the environmental allergy test with good results?

Not sure what type of test it was considered, but Isabelle had an allergy test a while back because her asthma symptoms were triggered in the spring and lessened mid-summer, with hardly any symptoms in the fall and winter. The test came back, and it said she was allergic to a plant that bloomed in the fall... so I still don't know what she is allergic to! Maybe she was in the 10% of the test not being accurate, but hopefully there will be others to provide their experience.

All vets I see online say allergy tests for cats aren’t reliable. There was no separation in their comments like food test vs something else.

I tend to believe my vet as I mentioned the accuracy and he did confirm the food test is terrible and the environmental one was much more accurate
