Email Notifications

Hi, hoping someone can tell me how I shut off email notifications when someone posts a reply in a thread I have started or have posted in? I've gone into the alert preferences area, but I'm not sure if that just does emails or if that would also shut off the alerts shown when I log on to the site. I'm okay with the alert notices on the site itself, but have no need to get an email every time someone posts a comment.

At the very bottom of the email, it should give you a link to follow to disable the emails.

Ahh perfect thank you! Was looking all over the website preferences, didn't think to check the email itself.
