Sheba is still eating hardboiled yolk crumbled in her food every day. She gets a small amount in the food daily. Her fur is softer and her stool is just fine and no hairballs. Thanks everyone. Her skin isn't so itchy either.

Protien helps with damaged hair in human shampoos maybe it helps cats too?

biotin and egg yolk is a great source of it.

The vet recomended feeding my moms cat, Sheba, chicken eggs for her skin. Are uncooked eggs safe? Or how do i serve them to her? Are they even good for her?

Cooked egg are great for kitties.

Now Sheba isn't wanting to eat the food with the hard boiled crumbled egg yolk in it. I've heard there are powdered yolk you can get. Does anybody know any good ones we can buy for her? And how much would you suggest adding to her food?

Don't feed whites, yolks only!

Whites are fine if you cook them.
