In the previous form, I said that I used sweet almond oil for ear scabies (I live in another country and the production of scabies cream has been stopped here and the veterinarians who bring it from abroad sell it at twice the price and it does not work very well, frankly, according to the cat owners), so is there any advice you can give?

There are a bunch of different treatments listed at this link below.

Do not use permethrin cream, that is highly toxic to cats. I hope your cat gets better soon. 🤗

This article mentions the use of Bravecto off-label for scabies, and I think that might work. My cat is on long-term Pred usage for treatment of her asthma, and developed an over-abundance of demodex cati mites as a result. The veterinary dermatologist put her on Bravecto off-label for these particular mites (once every 3 months) and like magic, she improved, and no longer had the bald ears, itching and hairless areas along her chinline. Scabies mites, of course, are not the same as demodex cati mites, but I'd check with your vet on this idea (of using products such as the normal strength Bravecto for cats with difficult-to-treat mites).

Thank you for your help, I found the medicine at a veterinary clinic, although it is a bit expensive, I will buy it. I hope it passes as soon as possible.

The original Revolution ( not the Revolution Plus) used to be used off label for scabies every 2 weeks. You could talk to your vet about it.
