i got this idea from Mamanyt1953 and thought that it would be a great idea to share our drink recipes ...

This is a good one for hot summer days. To make it you need a “Frosty Mug”, the plastic mugs with a sandwich of liquid between the plastic that you stick in the freezer until the liquid freezes. These will keep any beverage icy cold.

Berry Freeze
Add a cup of frozen (do not thaw) mixed berries to a food processor and process until finely chopped. Immediately add it to your frozen frosty mug. Stir in a cup of milk, a dash of vanilla and the sweetener of your choice - either three packets of Splenda or two tablespoons of powdered sugar. Stir until it thickens to a malt like consistency.

Mocha Smoothie - Combine coconut milk, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate mix, and vanilla extract with ice and blend until smooth.
