This is my 13 week old kitten shadow, is he just domestic long hair tabby or may have characteristics of other breeds

Sammy was pretty shaggy like that when he was a kitten, too. But he never grew into a long haired cat

Yes, I would describe Shadow as an absolutely gorgeous brown classic tabby domestic longhair. Most cats are not any particular breed, but that's just fine... domestic longhairs are great cats, and he looks like a very handsome and special little guy!
