Does anyone know if there is a dog forum similar to TCS?

I belong to a site that is both knowledgeable and similar, (although not exactly the same as TCS), but it is breed specific. If you find a dog forum you enjoy please let us know so we can refer other canine lovers to it in the future.

Many dog forums are breed specific, behavior specific, or health specific. If you have something in mind, try looking in that general area first.

I know my guy is a purebred mutt we call him a shepherd/lab mix

Then you could check out sites of both breeds, i.e. either shepherd or lab. We had a shepherd/collie mix at one time and I joined a shepherd site. No one minded that he was not purebred and other members had shepherd mixes too. Some sites are very finicky about mixes but not all of them. Good luck!
