No, he doesn't resemble one. Why do you ask?
Nay. He will probably be counted as a spotted tabby, which isnt that common. (the alternative is of course, a broken mackerel tabby). But there are spotted tabbies, no connection with spotted bengals is necessary.
So, no connection with a bengal here, no. A very nice domestic shorthair, with brown spotted tabby as pattern.
