Has anyone here has found stinging nettle helpful for any of your own health issues?
I've been browsing around a bit lately for some ideas re: how to help my cat with chronic upper respiratory and skin allergies, and have seen several posts about stinging nettle. I may give that a try eventually, as I've learned what works for him one day, may not the next. ;-)
But since my eczema has been giving me fits lately, I'm thinking about trying it for myself.
