Does Anyone Like Poetry?

I recently got into the work of Rainer Maria Rilke. His "Requiem for a Friend" may be the best poem I have ever read, as well as the saddest.

I do like poetry but don’t take the time to read anymore . I also write poetry, as did my mother. Both my sons write poetry and stories. My youngest son is especially gifted...

I'm not huge into poetry per se, but I have read and even written some over my life.
I think the poem that literally made my heart sink and gave me chills reading the last few lines was a poem called, My Name Is Misty.
It's a poem about child abuse, written from the perspective of the child, so I will not post it here, but you can google it. There seems to be a few versions of it as I looked it up, not for the faint of heart.
