I am wanting to make a vinegar water mix to clean windows and mirrors..Does anyone know what the mix would be? (How much of each)

I used the newspaper method for years, it works very well


But, I only use 1 cup per gallon of water, I guess mine is a little weak

The mix I use is 1 part vinegar to three parts water. I put it in a spray bottle and it works wonders. (Ummm, I don't really measure, though, I just "guesstimate" it. I haven't had any problems.)
