Does a cats eye have some natural redness?

Black cat looks just fine-- not excessively red at all. Other kitty may have a sensitivity to an irritant as I said earlier, as her eye does look more inflamed but not awful. It looks just irritated.

I tried 3-4mg diphenhydramine, and the vet today gave me a tube of BNP. He told me if it didnt work, that its better to see a specialist or get a eye scrap test
