Do you know this herbal blend?

Does anyone know anything about these Chinese herbal blends "eight righteous ". And "twelve gentlemen "?
Our vet is a traditionally trained vet, but she is also a herbalist, and these herbal blends were recommended.

I know a bit of herbalism, but I am far from trained in it.

If I remember correctly, the eight righteous blend has dianthus and gardenia fruit. Dianthus can be used for urinary tract issues, and gardenia fruit is an antioxidant and a mild anti-inflammatory. I have not heard of twelve gentlemen. Did she say four gentlemen? I have heard of it but cannot think of what is in it. I am pretty sure that it is for muscle fatigue.

She would know more than I if they can be used for cats.

Thanks, the vet explained them, and she is very good. But I think more information is great too.

The first is urinary support and I think that the second is digestive. If it is UTI prevention, I had much more success with D Mannose. If you are using herbs of any sort make sure they are organic as most are harvested from very polluted crops.
