Do you give your cat glucosamine?

My cat is 14 years old and I want to start giving her glucosamine. I started looking at the products made for cats, but some expressed concerns that sometimes there are other ingredients that may or may not be good. What glucosamine product do you use? Have you noticed a big difference in your cat?

I just use the same glucosamine that I take myself, I crush the pills with a mortar & pestle and sprinkle in the food.

I give my oldest kitty Cosequin.  I also used it with my RB kitty for several years before she passed away.
