I have noticed today that my cat has rather pink nipples, they are not enlarged but very pink. does this mean pregnancy?

Why is she allowed outside if she is not spayed? You could spay her now if you do not want kittens. Who knows the health of the male cat she mated with. He could be carrying a number of diseases. There could even be multiple fathers involved.
