With Drontal you are supposed to give a second dose 2 or 3 weeks later to kill the eggs that hatch. Then you are good for at least 3 to 6 months. You have to give them the correct dosage for their weight.
I gave him before 2 days, should I give him another after 2 weeks ?

We aren't allowed to give medical advice on this site. But first you need to weigh the cat. Then read the directions, it will tell you the dosage for your cat's weight. Is the name of the product you are using Drontal? How old is your cat?

I have never heard of that de-wormer before. That's different than Drontal. I wonder how it kills the eggs though, with no second dose? I guess it works differently, maybe it has something in it to kill the eggs before they hatch?

Ambex 5:

One tablet per 5kg of body weight. Kittens and old cats, 1/2 tablet given 12 hours apart.

Treatment at 6, 8, 12 weeks old and every 12 weeks after that.

Recommends crushing and mixing with food.

(Does not recommend retreating after 2-3 weeks, like Drontal.)

AMBEX FIVE BROAD SPECTRUM WORMER FOR DOGS & CATS
The vet gave him at his 8th week and I gave him at his 12th week, So the next should be at his 14th week?

How much does he weigh? Is 1/4 tab the amount the vet said?
the vet said 1/4 for another kitten actually
now I'm using it with my new one

he's like only 2-2.5 kg if not less

2kg would be less than 1/2 tab. 2.5kg would be 1/2 tab.

The information sheet on the product says "Do Not Overdose" in all capital letters.

I think a "yes" or "no" on that is just a matter of opinion. I would just move on to a 3 month schedule personally. If it makes you feel better, then I think it would be ok to give him a dose at 16 weeks, four weeks from this last one.
