Dental Care for a Feral

Hi all, posting on the Feral site as I don't think there's any way my feral/half feral KittyKat is ever going to go for getting her teeth brushed! :-)
But since I put her on some wet food, well... um.... she does have some "tuna breath" smell and got me wondering, what can I do? I researched and noticed dental care treats as well as stuff you can put in water. Not sure what to choose.

Would love some suggestions. Many thanks!

I have all my cats on Oxyfresh and sometimes Oratene water additive. so far their teeth have been fine. I have had them on it for years ever since one had to have a cleaning at a young age.
