Neko-chan had one very similar and she loves it. She scratches the bottom part and the highest perch is one of her sleeping spots.

I don't have this model, but something similar. I'm waiting for the ones that I got to go on sale again. My cats love them so much I have 3 of the same type, just different colors. 3 of my 5 cats sleep/play on them (not counting my blind kitty who doesn't quite understand the direction of "up", and my CH kitty).
