Jackie really really loved my crockpot chicken so much I am going to make him more with only salt for seasoning. I was wondering if I could cook beef or chicken liver in the crockpot for him to. If so how? I thought it might make a good Christmas treat.

As a treat, yep, unseasoned chicken is great. Chicken liver or beef will be fine too (you might want to avoid beef liver though, as it's super high in copper and is so rich it may cause vomiting). But do keep any non-cat-food treats to less than 10% of her diet.

Jackie is a boy (he responded to anything that ended in an E sound when I renamed him Jackie. He used to be Sunny.)

Yes the chicken or liver would be a treat. Though I might give him one of his four meals of that treat it would be a couple times a year thing.
