Kat0121 Kat0121 That looks good from the store, but it's a little bigger pieces than what we have. Ours are run through the coarse grind of the food grinder (I use my KA grinder). Looks good! I'd try it!

And I slobbered all over that sandwich!

The sandwich is really good. They bring it back every Thanksgiving.

Looks really good!

I am making the chicken thighs with fresh cranberries, which LTS3 LTS3 posted last year. This year, I may do a variation of it: sage instead of oregano, keep the parsley, add a bit of grated orange peel,
cut back on the sugar a bit. May also try some scallions?? just a thought..
