You can now sew on a button, but the only buttons you can sew on are four inches across and won't fit button holes, and to be honest they look pretty odd.

I wish we would find a sure cure for the corona virus.

We have world peace, get rid of all our weapons and then are invaded by aliens and cannot defend ourselves. They take over our planet and put us all to work growing food for them.

I wish I there were magic elves who would clean my litter boxes.

Desserts are healthy for aliens, so they enslave all of humanity to make desserts. If only they had spontaneously combusted instead of throwing flowers.

Winter sucks. I wish snow would spontaneously combust as it was falling.

We can now understand them when crying loudly. But what they are mostly saying is how unattractive humans are compared to cats.
