The ship for a balanced budget sailed away long ago for the Federal government but many states have to balance their budget. That is why many states have a rainy day fund. Ohio did have a decent size fund but this has blown right through it.
the virus cause the blood to clots. all patients, all humans have an underlying health condition that is currently known to them or they are unaware of having. And even if you think you are young or healthy this virus causes damage to internal organs, like the 27 year old CNN reporter who didn't have major lung damage, but her appendix ruptured and had to have parts of her colon removed thanks to the virus attacking her organs. all covid medical reports from autopsies state that this virus causes major clotting in the body. They probably have some underlying condition that makes them vulnerable. Supposedly people with pulmonary problems tend to get it bad regardless of age or overall health.
the mask is used to prevent the wearer from coughing, talking, sneezing out micro droplets of virus into the air and surfaces that others may touch or breathe in. if everyone wore masks guess what would happen, everyone will be coughing, sneezing into the mask, and doing so dramatically reduces the virus being air borne or on surfaces. when a person sneezes , virus in the sneeze can travel a good 6 meters on to other surface in a wide spray. the virus can stay on objects 24 hours or longer. When we were set to reopen, masks with valves were not allowed for us as we were told they weren't effective. Now they are finally telling the public. They may be easier/more comfortable to wear because you get better air flow, but that also means you are possibly spreading because you are no longer "trapping" your exhaled breath. If you use a valve mask, I would urge you to rethink what you are wearing. Their may be some valve masks that have effective filters for both inhale AND exhale, but from what I've seen on-line for sale, it seems they are not the ones being sold.
Those face masks with breathing valves? They aren't effective, doctors say
I think this is from this article:500,000 people are walking around unknowingly asymptomatic and spreading infection
Actually, to be more accurate.the virus cause the blood to clots. all patients, all humans have an underlying health condition that is currently known to them or they are unaware of having.
It depends what you consider an underlying condition. Something like 80% of Americans are overweight, and many who aren't have a drug addiction or an eating disorder. How many have asthma, allergies, etc.? We're a mess really. Not ALL humans have an underlying condition
Well, yeah. And I agree we are not a healthy bunch overall, but when it comes to the overall health of someone, many underlying conditions are pretty benign, especially in reference to the development of Covid-19.It depends what you consider an underlying condition. Yes....yes we are...We're a mess really.
The only thing I've heard was that in people who are symptomatic, the BEST time to get tested is when there is a fever. But of course, not everyone gets a fever and not everyone even develops symptoms and have tested positive so....who knows.Does anyone know accurate details on when someone can test positive?
Thank you for your input. She didn't say, but I was thinking of asking her so it will help me make an informed decision. How long has it been since THEY were exposed?
Yeah, I would ask.Thank you for your input. She didn't say, but I was thinking of asking her so it will help me make an informed decision.
I do not think we know the full apparatus of this Virus, yet.. It is a very strange virus.. According to my journal readings, it seems to target the clotting mechanism of the blood, causing little tiny hemorrhages; resulting in strokes and dead tissue.. This is why there are so many varied sigh of the disease.Well, yeah. And I agree we are not a healthy bunch overall, but when it comes to the overall health of someone, many underlying conditions are pretty benign, especially in reference to the development of Covid-19.
Oh!... Perhaps this virus triggers the onset of a condition that would not have otherwise manifested had it not been for the immune response?......Now that would be an interesting study!
For example. It has been shown that there are those who have a predisposition to schizophrenia. But it takes something for it to manifest. If not for that "trigger", they wouldn't have developed it. The example of the trigger I'm referencing is the use of marijuana in the developing brain. If you would like to watch the documentary series that includes this information. It's called "Predict my Future : The Science of Us." A documentary series surrounding the Dunedin Study based in New Zealand. Super interesting.
Yes....yes we are...
Maybe I'm just being too picky on what type and how the information "should" be presented. Like I've said before, I've studied and researched the immune system and auto-immune disorders so much and really do have a passion for pathology. I guess I just have to let "the experts" catch up with my own theories of disease and their manifestations...
The blood type theory on immunity is very complex. There are 8 main blood types A+, A-, B+,B-, AB+, AB-, O+, O-, but there are 35 different Blood Groups.I think I saw somewhere that people with type O blood are less effective, as are people on certain medications.. I wonder about that. There are so many things we do not know about this...and I wonder how much the researchers are discovering, which is not filtering its way back to us... as of yet....
I wrote about this before, but look up Th1 and Th2 Dominance. It's when the immune system is out of balance...this really helps explain how the reactive immune system plays a role on the body. Basically a chronically, either Th1 or Th2 dominant immune system leads to auto-immune disease. The issue with this though is that the scales can tip either way or someone can be dominant in both, and it can change throughout someone's life. Some of it is genes I think, as there is a test that can pick up on if someone has the markers for auto-immune disease. But a lot of it is lifestyle. There has to be some type of 'glitch' is peoples autoimmune system, for the virus to somehow take hold; producing the severe cases. I wonder if the 'glitch' is gene related? So many unanswered questions..........
Thanks. I just need to find a dentist that I can trust and come up with a way of paying them.Husband and both sons have gone recently. Mask wearing and lots of hand washing were going on. For both dentist and patients.
Oh, forgot to mention they did ask the standard Covid19 questions about anyone in the house having a fever and anyone traveling.Thanks. I just need to find a dentist that I can trust and come up with a way of paying them.
