Yes, it is. People on this earth have all kinds of senses of humor. That's theirs. I have to admit I laugh when I visit, because, well, a lot of them DO have a marked resemblance in the facial coat pattern CATegory. But really, now. Maybe people need to find some more positive and productive things to do with their time??? I guess the site owners did, because I just visited and the last post seems to be in 2014.
